These versions are often called:
75 Soft – The ideal version for those who want to adopt a healthier lifestyle without extreme structure. Build good habits without pressure, at your own pace.
75 Medium – A real challenge, but adapted to a more flexible lifestyle. It’s a middle ground between Hard and Soft.
75 Hard (the original) – Total discipline, zero excuses: 75 days to push your physical and mental limits.
These names do not officially come from Andy Frisella (creator of 75 Hard) but are adaptations created by the community to offer more accessible options.
